COMPLAINTS:

PROPOSALS:
1. The Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development, Ministry of Agriculture Government of Nariño dela, CORPONARIÑO, Regional INCODER Nariño, Agrarian and Municipal Administrations, for any project, taking into account our organizations, expertise, customs and peasant thought.
2. Socialization is made studies, investigations, diagnosis, proposals and recommendations have not CORPONARIÑO to continue to invest so many resources on further studies and research that in many cases do not benefit the farmers.
3. Agreed with our organizations an environmental education project in order to achieve a collective environmental consciousness real participation in DECISIONS against present and future of the Waste.
4. That public institutions interested in the subject of the environment so urgently social diagnosis to know the real situation of poverty, neglect and marginalization of smallholders living properties located in White Straw Páramo.
5. Taking into account the peasant village as a human potential that can guarantee the preservation and protection of the Paramo.
6. Not continue to give us seed, fry, breeding stock, work tools that may not serve for anything, but more investment is made in small social owners to ensure health, education, housing and all work.
