There are 3 stages to build a powerful marketing campaign. The first stage is the most important your target market ...
Unfortunately, most business owners lack the knowledge to profile your target market. If I ask you What is your target market?, your first reaction will "any person purchasing our products." This is not a target market, that's an ocean.
When you cast a net into the ocean without having previously discussed, maybe get lucky and you catch something, though you probably do not catch anything.
To understand the importance of being specific in defining your target market ... I'll give the following example: Instead of shaping women over 30 years because they focus on women aged 30 and 40 who go to the gym after dropping off their children to school. With an approach as bounded can build a campaign that was very appealing to the needs of your target market.
most important thing is to define this target market. If you're failing to define your campaign does not work. Most campaigns fail because they do not even know who it is directed.
There are 2 questions to ask yourself when you define your target market ...
1) Who? and 2) Where?
ever gave coaching a women's clothing store, we decided to conduct a survey to all clients and we realized that over 60% of clients attending 3 salons specifically, my focus was achieved databases of the 3 hair salons because we shared the same target market.
Another problem I have encountered in relation to advertisements is that they are loaded with too much information, so no one reads.
ever use the header "Business Owner doubles your income over the next 2 years," Do you think business owners would read regardless of the amount of information that this had? ... of course I would read because it was focused on was the target market and relevant information for such prospects, business owner.
So you ask how is your target market focus your marketing plan?
